Introduce of CIP system
1. CIP washing system installation1.1. Wash the sterilize tank and the alkali tank, then carry on the water test.1.2. The alkali, sterilize tank, the washing pump and the valves or pipes assembled on a moveable vehicle.1.3. Check whether the tank, pipes, washing pump and valves is firm.All the installation and test work will finish in our factory before delivery.2. CIP washing system Test 2.1. Wash the sterilize tank and the alkali water tank, afterwards, carry on the water test.2.2. After finish the pipeline connection, open washing pump on line test, if not anomaly can be heating water and alkaline, disinfection to clean2.3. The sterilizing liquor is causticity and toxic liquid, you should ware the latex protective gloves, pay careful, unauthorized persons should keep away from the scene.3. CIP washing system wash operate methodUse 4 step wash 3.1 Washing (4-step method)a. Water washing: Before feeding material into fermentation tank, intermissive wash it firstly for 15 minutes with tap water.b. Caustic soda washing: Drain all of the residual water. Cycle wash for 30 minutes with caustic soda solution(45-50ºC,concentration 5%)(replenish promptly when alkali liquor concentration low down). Recycle alkali liquor after the cycle finish. Pay attention to protection. Wear protective device when operating. Direct touch alkali liquor is forbidden.c. Water washing: Drain all of the residual alkali liquor. Interrmissive wash it again for 15 minutes with tap water. The method is the same with a.d. Hydrogen peroxide washing: Drain all of the residual water. Cycle wash for 20 minutes with hydrogen peroxide(concentration 1%)again. The method is the same with b. Drain all of the residual hydrogen peroxide in the tank. Close exhaust valve, in and out material valve and beer-out valve. Pay attention to protection. Wear protective device when operating. Direct touch hydrogen peroxide is forbidden.Attention: a. Make sure opening beer-out valve when washing.b. When washing fermentation tank, hot water and disinfectant including Cl-, such as hypochlorous acid, chlorine, are forbidden use to sterilize.
